  1. Your Status

3.1 By placing an order through our website or via telephone, you represent and warrant that: 3.1.1 You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; 3.1.2 You are a resident of the Serviced Country.

  1. Formation of Contract

4.1 Upon placing an order online, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that this email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is considered an offer to purchase a product from us. The contract between you and us (“the Contract”) will only be formed upon our delivery of the items to you.

4.2 All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to replace items with alternatives after obtaining your verbal or written consent. In cases where an item cannot be replaced, we will contact you to offer the option to cancel the order. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4.3 Orders placed online will typically be fulfilled within 3 to 4 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays, unless otherwise specified.

4.4 You are required to make full payment using the payment method selected at checkout. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers. Additionally, you may choose to use our "buy now, pay later" option through payment providers such as Omise, subject to their terms and conditions.

4.5 Each batch of products may differ due to manufacturing constraints. Products must be unused and in their original condition. Pre-order products are not eligible for returns. Refunds are not offered as standard policy but will be considered on a case-by-case basis to resolve any issues.

  1. Our Status

5.1 We may provide links to external websites operated by other companies, whether affiliated with us or not. We make no warranties or representations regarding the quality of products purchased from third-party websites to which we provide links.

  1. Price and Payment

6.1 The prices of our products are as quoted on our website, except in cases of obvious error.

6.2 Despite our best efforts, some products on our website may be incorrectly priced. We verify prices as part of our dispatch process. If a product's correct price is lower than the stated price, we will charge the lower amount upon dispatch. If a product's correct price is higher, we may, at our discretion, honor the lower price, contact you for instructions, or reject your order and notify you of the rejection.

6.3 We are under no obligation to provide a product to you at the incorrect price, even if an email confirmation has been sent.

  1. Refunds Policy

7.1 If you return a product to us for any reason (e.g., cancellation of the contract, disagreement with changes to terms, defective product), we will assess the claim and work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis. Due to hygiene considerations, exchanges are generally not provided.

7.2 Claims regarding discrepancies in the quantity of delivered products must be made within 2 days of delivery. Failure to notify us within this timeframe releases us from liability, and you will be required to pay the full price as if the products had been delivered in accordance with the contract.

7.3 The cost of returning products is your responsibility.

  1. Our Liability

8.1 We warrant that any product purchased through our website is of satisfactory quality.

8.2 Our liability in connection with any product purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

8.3 Product warranties are provided by the respective brand owners unless otherwise stated.

  1. Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)

9.3 Our performance under any contract will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and we will have an extension of time for performance. We will use our best efforts to resolve the situation or find an alternative means to fulfill our contractual obligations.

  1. Waiver

10.1 Our failure to enforce any of the terms or conditions of a contract shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies, nor shall it relieve you from your obligations under the contract.

10.2 A waiver of any default by us shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent default.

10.3 Any waiver by us of any term or condition must be expressly stated in writing.

  1. Severability

11.1 If any provision of these terms and conditions or any contract is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision will be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12.2 Both parties acknowledge that they have not relied on any representations, promises, or statements made by the other party, whether orally or in writing, except as expressly stated in these terms and conditions.

12.3 Neither party shall have any remedy for any untrue statement made by the other, except in cases of fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of contract as provided in these terms and conditions.

  1. Right to Vary Terms and Conditions

13.1 We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions at any time.

13.2 You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in effect at the time you place an order unless a change is required by law or a governmental authority, or we notify you of the change before providing you with the dispatch confirmation.

  1. Law and Jurisdiction

14.1 Contracts for the purchase of products through our website will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

14.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Singapore.
